Cointiply is a new (opened a couple of weeks ago) Bitcoin faucet. You can earn satoshi via a traditional roulette, a very extensive offerwall, watching videos, playing games and using your browser to mine bitcoin.
The website looks like a next-generation faucet (compared to classic, older ones) and is still under development, however does look very promising.
